James Willie Morris Jr

James Willie Morris Jr. age 94, of Burkeville, VA, passed away peacefully on August 13, 2018. James Willie was a devoted husband, father and grandfather.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 62 years Mary Ann Davidson Morris.
He is survived by his sons, William “Buck” Morris (Donna), James “Jimmy” Morris (Barbara) and Robert “Chicken” Morris (Connie), four grandchildren; Richard “Skeeter” Morris, Josh (Farah-Dale) Morris, Kristen (Taylor) Estes and Sara Morris. The family would like to thank the ladies at Clifton House in Amelia, VA for providing exceptional and compassionate care.
A family visitation will take place on Tuesday, August 14th from 6pm-8pm at Puckett Funeral Home, 115 Covington Ct. Farmville, VA 23901. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday August 15th at 11am in the chapel of Puckett Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Sunset Hill Cemetery in Burkeville.
