Beverly Cole Davis

Mr. Beverly Cole Davis, 79 of Keysville passed away Sunday, May 27, 2012. He was born October 1, 1932 in Wilsons Virginia. He was the son of the late James D. and Arlene Cole Davis. Mr. Davis served his country in the United States Navy during the Korean War. He graduated from the University of Richmond. He worked in the transportation business until his retirement in 1996. He loved gardening and fishing. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Tina Marie Davis, his brother and two sisters. He is survived by his wife Joan Haydon Davis, his children, Clinton D. Davis (Monica) of Midlothian, Beverly Renee’ Davis of Richmond, Wendy Lea Davis of Midlothian and his beloved stepdaughter, Emily Haydon Leich (Brian) of Fredericksburg; his grandchildren, Justin and Will Davis and Allyson and Freddie Leich, his nephew, Carter Fox of Richmond and three nieces. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 31, 2012 4:00pm at the chapel of Puckett Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
