Dorothy Lynch Sadler

Dorothy “Dot” Lynch Sadler 87 of Farmville, VA, passed away on Tuesday,
January 23, 2018. She is survived by one son Albert Herzig (Cindy) of Highland Springs, VA, two daughters; Sharon Tilley (CB) of Rice, Sheila Young of Juliette, GA, five grandchildren; Alan, Wendy, Richard, Aaron, Mark, 5 great grandchildren and two sisters Evelyn Shelton, Shirley Flippen and a brother David Lynch.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Ray Sadler, her son Glenn Wallace and her brother Frank Lynch.
She worked at Clarks Pharmacy for 20 years and retired at the early age of 84.
She was an avid reader and enjoyed watching the humming birds.
She was loved by many and will be truly missed.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at 2:00PM in the chapel of Puckett Funeral Home with interment to follow in Meherrin United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday, January 26, 2018 from 5:00PM – 7:00PM at Puckett Funeral Home.
