Jack R. Alloway

Jack R. Alloway, age 90, left us to be with his savior on Tuesday, December 11, 2012 in Meherrin, VA. He was born on August 9, 1922 to the late Harry and Irene Raughley Alloway in Blackwood, NJ. Jack served his country in WWII as a navigator of a B17 in the US Army Air Corp. He loved playing golf and fishing. He is the widower of Natalie Soltner Alloway and is survived by his daughters; Susan Stow (Ed) of Meherrin, VA, Julie A. Neitzke (Kent) of Mt Laurel, NJ and a step daughter; Karen Ritchie of New Hampshire. He was also the loving grandfather of Melanie, Lauren and Justin and 4 great grandchildren. A memorial Service will be held, on January 4, 2013 at 11:00am At Long Neck United Methodist Church, Millsboro, DE.
