Jessie Mae Olgers Crockett

Jessie Mae Olgers Crockett 92 left this world to be reunited at last with her beloved husband of 59 years, Thomas H. Crockett Jr. She was also preceded in death by 3 sisters and 2 brothers, one brother being her twin to whom she was especially close. She leaves behind with great sadness, but many wonderful memories, her daughter; Lora Crockett Monahan, son in law, Terry Monahan, grandson; Tory Crockett Monahan, all of Rice, VA; sister, Joanne Robertson of Maryland, three nephews and numerous friends. She was a life long member of Pisgah Baptist Church, Rice, where for many years she sang in the choir with her beautiful voice. She was laid to rest with a private ceremony at Pisgah Church cemetery. There will be a memorial service at the church on Saturday, January 10, 2015 at 1:00PM with the Reverend Earl Wallace officiating. This will be a celebration of life and all are invited to come and to share their memories of Jessie Mae. Memorial contributions may be made to the Cancer Society, Alzheimer’s Association or to Pisgah Baptist Church. Puckett Funeral Home is serving the family. www.puckettfh.com
