Joyce Orange Hurak Bobbitt

Joyce Orange Hurak Bobbitt 78 of Middleburg, NC formally of Farmville, VA joined her Lord and Savior Sunday, November 16, 2014. She was born on June 24, 1936 to the late Frank B. and Lula Crump Bowman. Joyce was very active in Middleburg Baptist Church in Middleburg, NC, she was a great cook and loved working with her flowers. The only thing she loved more then that was spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is survived by her two sons; Franklin E. Hurak and wife Linda, of Clemmons, NC. and Richard Hurak of Farmville, VA. four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at 2:00PM in Concord Baptist Church. Family will receive friends at the church from 12:30 – 2:00PM. Interment will follow service in church cemetery. Puckett Funeral Home is serving the family.
