Mattiemarie Judd White

Mattiemarie Judd White, 89 of Farmville, passed away on Thursday, February 9, 2012. She was born in Emporia, Kansas to the late Wallace Lee and Mary Ethel Long Judd. She graduated from Emporia St. College and married Lloyd White. She loved her family and had a strong faith. She was a charter member of Heritage Baptist Church. She is survived by her son, Lloyd White and his wife, Barbara, of Grimstead, VA and daughter, Patricia Huffman, of Boone, NC, grandchildren, Judd Huffman (Brooke) of Boone, NC, Heather Mull (Jeff) of Charlotte, NC, Amanda Rhyne (Stephen) of Alberterville, France, Ben White (Karen) of Austin, TX and Avee Huffman of Boone, NC; step grandchildren; Steve Harvey (Glenda) of McLean, VA, Greg Harvey (Lora), of Richmond, VA, six great grandchildren and five step great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at Heritage Baptist Church on Thursday, February 16, 2012 from 2:30PM – 3:00PM with a funeral service to follow at 3:00pm. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Gardens, Rice, VA. Memorial contributions may be made to Heritage Baptist Church, 700 Milnwood Rd, Farmville, VA 23901.
