Willie Forest Mason

Willie Forest Mason 86 of Farmville, VA passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2017.
He was born on January 6, 1931 to the late Willie H. and Elizabeth Booth Mason in Farmville, VA. He was married for 63 years to his lifelong love Jean Brightwell Mason and was a charter member of Heritage Baptist Church. His favorite past time was building from scratch and flying model airplanes. He had a great sense of humor and had many friends, he loved his dogs and to smoke his pipe.
He is survived by his two daughters; Deborah M. Canady of Petersburg, VA, Cathy Merritt (Robert) of Henrico, VA, a brother Tommy Mason (Mary) of Farmville, VA 2 grandchildren Cindy Workman (Billy), Michele Colding (Doug) 3 great grandchildren Brandi, Jeremy and Hallye and a special friend Drew Martin.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at 11:00AM in the chapel of Puckett Funeral Home. Family will receive friends from 9:30AM until time of service at the funeral home.
