Mr. Alison Charles Phillips, Junior of Keysville, VA passed away on Friday, August 2, 2019 at his home. Charles was predeceased by his mother, Mary Hunter Branch and father, Alison Charles Phillips, Senior.
Charles was a former teacher of Southside Virginia Community College and member of Beulah United Methodist Church.
Charles’ friends celebrated his life at his memorial service held at Beulah Church on Saturday, August 31, 2019.
Charles is buried next to his father in the cemetery behind Beulah Church."
