Clyde Trent Deaton

Clyde Trent Deaton, 97 of Farmville, VA passed away on March 27, 2020. He was born on October 30, 1922 to the late Orville and Annie Huddleston Deaton. He met the love of his life and wife of 62 years Virginia Estelle, while at a dance. They fell in love and were together until he took his last breath. He drove locally for Ellington Oil Co. He liked to fish and hunt and was a member of Cumberland Presbyterian Church. He and Virginia had one son Barry, they thought he was so perfect they did not need anymore.
He is preceded in death by his wife.
He was preceded in death by his brother Robert Deaton and sister Lucy Young.
He is survived by his son Barry and his wife Christine.
