Mrs. Faye Wilkes Childress, 63 of Farmville passed away Friday evening at her residence. She was born August 5, 1946 in Prince Edward County. She was the daughter of the late John and Mattie McQuarry Wilkes. She was the wife of Henry J. Childress.
She is survived by her husband, her daughter, Kimberly C. Sprague and husband, Joe of Telford, TN and a grandson, William P. Fischer.
A graveside service will be held Monday, April 5, 2010 11:00AM at Appomattox P. E. Church Cemetery.
