Helen Yount Parker

Helen Yount Parker, 90, of Farmville passed away Saturday, October 23, 2010 in Farmville.

Mrs. Parker was born in Hickory, North Carolina, March 14, 1920 to the late Clee and Fannie Wyant Yount.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James O. Parker.

Survivors include two daughters, Jane P. Fitzhugh and husband, Berryman J. Fitzhugh, Jr. and Agnes P. Tootie Flythe and husband, Edwin E. Flythe, Jr . all of Raleigh, NC, one sister, Thelma Y, Rudisill of Lincolnton, NC, four grandchildren: Berryman J. Fitzhugh, III and wife, Amy, James Christian Fitzhugh and wife, Kathy, Edwin E. Flythe, III and Todd P. Flythe, two great-grandchildren, Berryman J. Fitzhugh, IV and Sally Anne Fitzhugh

A graveside committal will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Monday, October 25, 2010 in Westview Cemetery, Farmville. The memorial service will follow at 11:30 AM at Farmville United Methodist Church.

Puckett Funeral Home of Farmville is in charge of arrangements.
