Katharine Hale Thompson, " Kathy " , 75, of Farmville, Va, left us on Monday, September, 25, 2023, at her home in Farmville.
Kathy was known for her artistic, beautiful cakes at Terry's Bakery, in Farmville, where she was co-owner with her husband Terry Thompson.
She was preceeded in death by her husband, Terry; her sister, Phyllis Trevey; and her parents William and Ella Hale, all of Farmville.
She is survived by her niece, Teresa Trevey Mottley, of Brandermill, Va; two sister-in-laws, Teresa Wike, (Charlie); and Tina Faulk. Both of Iron Station, NC. Then many nieces and nephews across Va. and NC.

Meherrin, Va. 23954.
Graveside services to be determined at Westview Cemetery, Farmville, Va. Puckett Funeral Home officiating.
