Mr. Louis Washington Bell of Meherrin, VA formerly of Buffalo, NY passed away on Saturday, August 3, 2019 in Lynchburg, VA.
A former teacher of Prince Edward County Schools and an active member of Piedmont Church of Christ in Farmville, VA, he was an alumni of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity.
A memorial service will be held at Piedmont Church of Christ on Saturday, August 10, 2019 11:00am. A visitation will be held on Friday, August 9, 2019 6:00-8:00pm at Puckett Funeral Home.
