Robert H Franklin

Robert H. Franklin 85 of Farmville, VA passed away on November 27, 2017. He was born on July 28, 1932 to the late Courtney and Mary Bryant Franklin.
He served his country in the US Navy and attended the Farmville Methodist Church.
He was a retired entrepreneur of various businesses..
He was a strong advocate of the Republican Party where he worked and volunteered. He was a leader in strengthening the party in Virginia.
He is survived by his 4 children; Wanda F. Dews (Ralph) of Farmville, Robin F. Elliott (John) of Roanoke, Rodney Franklin (Beth), Cathy F. Rollins (Tony) of Fairfax, 13 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his granddaughter Brittany Rollins.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 11, 2017 at 2:00PM at Puckett Funeral Home with interment to follow in Westview Cemetery. Family will receive friends 1 hour prior to service starting at 1:00PM at the funeral home.
